    Our Shipping Policy

    Rodeo Wellness ships products via freight or standard carrier depending on product size and destination.

    We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

    Shipping timelines vary by product:

    • Standard models typically ship within 5–7 business days when in stock
    • Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time and typically deliver within 6–8 weeks

    Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

    Most sauna units are delivered via freight carriers (curbside delivery). The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery, and someone must be available to receive the shipment.

    • Shipping is included in the product price for standard delivery areas, with no additional shipping fees charged at checkout.
    • Most deliveries are made via freight (curbside delivery). Customers are responsible for receiving the shipment and arranging placement or installation as needed.

      • All sales are final once an order is placed and confirmed.
      • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference. Due to the nature of freight shipping, physical returns are not accepted.
      • Claims are permitted only for verified shipping damage or manufacturing defects.
      • For approved claims, Rodeo Wellness will determine the appropriate resolution. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of repair or provide replacement parts as needed. If damage occurs during freight, we will assist in coordinating a claim with the carrier.

      Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery.

      To qualify for a claim:

      • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing
      • All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
      • Photo or video evidence must be provided

      Failure to meet these requirements constitutes acceptance of the shipment in good condition and voids eligibility for a claim.

      • If a claim is approved, Rodeo Wellness will determine the appropriate resolution at its discretion, which may include repair, replacement parts, or unit replacement.
      • Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if repair or replacement is not feasible.
      • Shipping fees, delivery charges, and any additional service fees are non-refundable.

      If a return is authorized by Rodeo Wellness due to verified damage or defect:

      • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before any return
      • Products must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage
      • Customers must follow all return instructions provided
      • Unauthorized returns will be refused

      Rodeo Wellness is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized or improperly packaged return shipments.
