    We want you to start enjoying your Rodeo Sauna as soon as possible. That’s why we work hard to process and ship your order quickly — so relaxation doesn’t have to wait. Rodeo offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States.Please note: We currently do not ship to U.S. territories outside of the contiguous U.S. (including American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).Note: Custom or made-to-order saunas may require additional processing time before shipping.

    We do our best to process and ship your Rodeo Sauna order as quickly as possible. For the fastest delivery, Premium and Express orders should be placed by 12:00 PM CT. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times. Please note that all "Delivery by" dates are estimates, not guarantees, and shipping services or rates may change without notice. Certain expedited shipping options may not be available in all regions.

    Available shipping options may vary depending on the product and your location. Customized saunas are not eligible for expedited shipping or free standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes at this time.

      How Returns Work

      We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rodeo Sauna. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase — provided the sauna has not been customized, remains unused, is in its original packaging, and meets all eligibility criteria outlined below. For saunas purchased through authorized dealers, their return policies apply. Please contact them directly for return inquiries.

      Rodeo Sauna Return Policy, The Details You Should Know

      To be eligible for a free return, please ensure the following:

      • All returns must be for purchases made directly on RodeoSauna.com.
      • Products must be non-customized, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
      • Customized saunas or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
      • Returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 30 days of purchase.
      • Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid shipping label for return shipping.
      • A packing slip or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
      • Returns must be dropped off at an authorized carrier location (e.g., UPS). If you cannot access a drop-off location, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
      • Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method(s).
      • If multiple payment methods were used, refunds will be credited proportionally.
      • We do not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products, except when a merchandise credit was issued with the original purchase.
      • Returns are not accepted at Rodeo Sauna retail locations.
      • Return shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping fees are non-refundable.
      • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending back any product. The RMA is generated via the Returns Portal.
      • For exchanges, please return the item for a full refund and place a new order separately.
      • We do not price match with dealers or competitors.

      To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

      • Pack your sauna or accessories securely to prevent damage during transit.
      • Use the original packaging or sturdy alternative packaging. Remove any old shipping labels or tracking numbers.
      • Include all related paperwork inside the package, such as the RMA number or original order invoice. Do not write your order number directly on the product.
      • Affix the prepaid return shipping label securely on the outside of the package.
      • Drop off your return at the carrier location specified in your shipping label.
      • Keep your drop-off receipt and tracking number for your records.
      • If you use a carrier other than the provided prepaid option, include the RMA and order info inside the package, and be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
