Pricing, availability, and product specifications are subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

Rodeo Wellness ships within the contiguous United States only.

Most sauna units are delivered via freight carriers (curbside delivery). Shipments are delivered in palletized crates, and customers must be available to receive the shipment.

Shipping timelines vary by product:

  • Standard models typically ship within 5–7 business days when in stock
  • Custom or made-to-order units typically deliver within 6–8 weeks

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for site preparation, delivery access, and ensuring readiness for assembly.

Assembly & Installation

All sauna units are delivered in prefabricated sections and require on-site assembly.

Rodeo Wellness does not provide installation services. Professional installation is recommended, particularly for electrical connections.

Return & Claims

All sales are final once an order is placed and confirmed. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Claims are accepted only for verified shipping damage or manufacturing defects reported within the required timeframe.

Customers must:

  • Inspect shipments upon delivery
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photo or video evidence

Failure to meet these requirements constitutes acceptance of the shipment in good condition.

Approved claims may result in repair, replacement parts, or unit replacement, at Rodeo Wellness’ discretion.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns and refunds are not accepted for improper installation, misuse, normal wear, neglect, environmental exposure, modified products, or custom orders.

Shipping Damage Responsibility

Freight-related damage claims are processed with the carrier. Rodeo Wellness will assist in coordinating claims and determining the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Cost

Manufacturing defects are covered by Rodeo Wellness. Freight-related issues are handled through the carrier. Returns for personal reasons are not accepted.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing, production, or freight scheduling has begun.

Warranty

All saunas include a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering verified manufacturing defects. Coverage varies by component and is detailed in the Warranty Policy.

If a defect is confirmed under warranty, Rodeo Wellness will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement parts or unit replacement.

Modifications

Rodeo Wellness is not responsible for performance issues, damages, or warranty claims resulting from product modifications.

Limitation of Liability

Rodeo Wellness is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow product guidelines. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rodeo Wellness shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
