The STEEL 9.0 features a slim 12.6 × 12.6 in footprint, making it well suited for sauna rooms where efficient use of floor space is important. Its stainless steel construction surrounds the heating elements with a substantial stone mass, while an internal air duct is designed to improve airflow through the heater. HUUM states that this design can reduce heat-up time by up to 25%. The included UKU system provides digital control of power, operating time, temperature, and delayed start. The standard package includes a black control panel, while built-in Wi-Fi connectivity for the HUUM mobile app and alternative control-panel finishes are available as upgrades.
