Option 2 – Flatbed Truck: $1,990 flat-rate freight to the contiguous United States or $2,490 to Canada. A forklift is required for unloading, or a crane may be used to provide additional placement flexibility.

Delivery Appointment: Delivery requires a scheduled appointment. The sauna kit arrives protected in a wooden crate/pallet.

Heater & Accessory Freight: A sauna heater system and accessories may be packaged on top of the sauna crate at no additional shipping charge. A separate freight charge may apply if the selected heater requires a secondary pallet.

We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. Shipping availability may vary by product model and carrier.

How long does shipping & delivery take?

• Custom Saunas (Made-to-Order): Typically deliver within 6–8 weeks

How will my sauna be delivered?

Most saunas are delivered via freight carriers (curbside delivery) in a palletized wooden crate. Some components, such as the heater and accessories, may ship separately. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery, and someone must be available to receive the shipment.

How long does it take to assemble?

Assembly required (typically 3–5 hours). Professional installation is recommended. Installation services are not provided.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final once an order has been placed and confirmed. Rodeo Wellness does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements, change of mind, or personal preference.
