Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. Shipping availability may vary by product model and carrier limitations.

How long does shipping & delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation, depending on product model, location, and carrier availability. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by freight carriers, weather, or logistical factors do not qualify for order cancellation or refund.

How many boxes will my sauna arrive in?

Each sauna is shipped in a palletized wooden crate. Certain components, including the heater and accessories, may ship in separate boxes depending on the model. All packages are clearly labeled for assembly.

How long does it take to assemble?

Assembly time varies by model and experience level. On average, installation may take several hours for two people using standard tools.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final once an order has been placed and confirmed. Rodeo Wellness does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements, change of mind, or personal preference. Returns are permitted only in cases of verified shipping damage or manufacturing defect, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

How do I return my sauna?

All sales are final once an order has been placed and confirmed. Rodeo Wellness does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements, change of mind, or personal preference. If your sauna arrives with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, you must:

• Inspect the shipment upon delivery
• Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing
• Contact Rodeo Wellness within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photo or video evidence of the issue

If a claim is approved, Rodeo Wellness will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement parts, or replacement of the unit. Due to the cost of freight shipping, physical product returns are not accepted.

Do the saunas come with a heater?

Most Rodeo Wellness sauna models include a compatible sauna heater selected for that specific model. Heater type, brand, and specifications may vary by model and availability. Heater details are listed on each product page. For safety and certification compliance, the sauna heater is controlled directly on the heater unit and cannot be operated through the wall-mounted control panel. The wall control panel is used only for lighting and speaker functions, in accordance with ETL certification requirements.

What electrical setup do I need?

Electrical requirements vary by model. Most saunas require a dedicated 220V outlet installed by a licensed electrician. Customers are responsible for verifying electrical compatibility prior to purchase. Electrical specifications are listed on each product page for reference only.

Can my sauna be installed outdoors?

Outdoor suitability depends on the specific model. Only models designated for outdoor use should be installed outdoors. For outdoor installations, customers are responsible for providing a level, weather-resistant base and appropriate electrical protection.

What wood and materials do you use?

Rodeo Wellness saunas are constructed using Canadian Hemlock or Red Cedar, depending on the model. Wood type, grain pattern, color, and finish may vary due to natural material characteristics and manufacturing processes. Material specifications shown on product pages are provided for reference only and may vary slightly from unit to unit. The woods used are selected for durability and heat retention. Materials are manufactured to meet applicable safety standards and are designed for use in sauna environments.
