All sales are final once an order has been placed and confirmed. Rodeo Wellness does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements, change of mind, or personal preference. If your sauna arrives with visible damage or a manufacturing defect, you must:
• Inspect the shipment upon delivery
• Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing
• Contact Rodeo Wellness within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photo or video evidence of the issue
If a claim is approved, Rodeo Wellness will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement parts, or replacement of the unit. Due to the cost of freight shipping, physical product returns are not accepted.
